As Moombahton keeps gaining momentum, producers from all over the world begin adopting the Latin infused style. Photo Romance out of Paris brings a new flair to Moombahton, styling away from the dutch house influences by combing the Latin styles with deep house. It is always refreshing to get submissions from artists that combine new elements into Moombahton. Can’t wait  for Photo Romance to put out some originals!

When I listen to a mix, I don’t want to just hear 15 of the hottest EDM songs piled together. I want songs I’ve never heard that make my jaw drop, I want the sense that the DJ really knows and loves the tracks he or she is playing. That is exactly what I got from the new mix from UFO! In this mix just over 40 minutes, UFO! transverses Moombahton, Dubstep and Drum n Bass flawlessly and kept me paying attention to every little detail the whole time. Damn…. Heartbreak is at it again, this time dropping a massive remix of OFFTHECHAINMASTER on his soundcloud yesterday. There are tracks that bring the bass, then their is Skrillex, and light years beyond is this remix by David Heartbreak. It is quite possible i started cringing when i heard the song, and a day later can not think of a darker, harder track.

Congrats Heartbreak – You made this moombahton blog change their perception of the entire genre.

This one comes in the form of a remix, of Torro Torro’s Moombahton banger “Country Club.” With this one, I stuck with the Moombahton and tried to aim for the funky side of things while still keeping some of that heavy edge the original track had. Hot off the presses it’s October 17th’s edition of Moombahton Monday. Today we’re turning up the energy and bringing you one of the heaviest editions of MM to date.

To start things off, Will Bailey of Simma Records goes to work and gets filthy on this Moombahcore remix of the classic Dubstep anthem “Swagga”
